Olive oil facial mask

Olive oil is the best remedy for the dry and itchy skin. It contains antioxidants which allow it to work as a cleanser, moisturizer, and protector of skin.
Add a few drops of olive oil to honey. Apply the paste to the dry skin. Leave it for 15 minutes and thereafter wash off with water. You can also mix the lavender oil with the olive oil. Massage it into your skin. Leave it for 10 minutes and wipe off the excess oil with a washcloth. Use it before going to bed.

Honey facial mask

Honey is good enough individually for the care of your skin, but the combo of honey, Olive oil and lemon juice is especially suited for dry skin.
Add 1 teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of olive oil and a half teaspoon of juice of a lemon and mix it well to make a lotion. Apply this lotion on your dry skin for 20-30 minutes. Wash off with the normal temperature water. Do this two to three times in a week and you will see your skin regaining its lost moisture.

Milk facial mask

Dry skin is itchy. Sometimes, you want an immediate stop to the irritating itch. Milk is your answer. The lactic acid in milk has anti-inflammatory properties. The soothing nature of milk cream also helps preserve the skin’s delicate pH levels. Milk is also an excellent moisturizer. Wash the area with water to remove milk. You are done! No more itch.
for best result, you can make a face pack of a half teaspoon of lemon juice, one teaspoon of milk and a half teaspoon of rose water. Apply this on your skin. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash your skin with cold water. Do this once daily.

Cucumber facial mask

Cucumber is an effective remedy for rashes and skin irritation mainly due to its anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. The cucumber contains a lot of water as you probably know and is therefore used to moisturize the skin.
Cucumber face mask is perfect for dry skin or skin that just needs a little moisturizing. Mix cucumber with honey, aloe Vera gel and rose water until well combined. Do not blend again or the mixture will be too thin and fall off your face. Apply mask to face for 10-15 minutes then wash off with cold water.

Aloe vera facial mask

Thanks to its antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties, aloe vera is excellent for treating skin rashes as also soothing the skin. Aloe vera is an excellent natural remedy to fight dry skin. This remedy can help prevent cracking, relieves itchiness, and will improve your skin tone.
You can also make a paste of aloe vera gel, honey and rose water. Apply this over the affected areas. Massage this paste onto the affected areas for 3-5 minutes. Leave on for 20 minutes, and then rinse with cold water.

Coconut Oil facial mask

Coconut oil is really good for treating dry skin. It has a good amount of fatty acids that make up for any loss of moisture from the skin, hydrated by protecting it from the damaging effects of the environment. Liberally apply warm coconut oil on your dry skin after you take a bath or shower. Do this daily to make your skin soft and smooth.
